Equipment: Tire Part 1

So here is how to build a tire (part one). Part two is the frame (hopefully up later today!).

Things you need:
Section of drainage pipe
Knife or boxcutter
Screwdriver or drill
4 screws (any size/type)
Duct tape (at least two rolls) (optional but nice).

Measure and cut the pipe so the interior diameter is 17" to 24". Make sure you have the wide end as part of your tire! Put the ends together, and drive a few screws into stablize them.
Wrap the whole tire in duct tape - and that's all!
